The date is now set for our first Charity Dragon Run. We will be cruising on July the 19th. The trip will start in Franklin, NC and head up to Robbinsville, NC. We will then cruise on the Cherohla Skyway, stop for lunch, head into Telico Plains, TN and back to HWY 129, the ledgendary "Dragon". We will make one pace lap through the dragon and then everyone will be free to travel back through at there own speed but we would like to remind everyone to be safe and that the road is always heavily watched by police. After that we will head back down on Hwy 28 "The HellBender" back into Franklin. I am working on putting together a local cruise in that night for anyone that is interested. There will be a fifteen dollar minimum donation to participate. With this fee you will recieve a grab bag of free goodies. If you are planning on attending if you can email me at aapcarshow@yahoo.com so I can get an idea of how many people are coming. More detailed information of that day will be available closer to the event. |
